Up for architectural and build awards. Six custom 1,400 sf cottages built on land, major site work performed on Catalina Island, completed cottages transported by barge 20 miles across the ocean and placed on foundations. Featured in the Los Angeles Times.

Environmentally friendly construction materials and processes including reclaimed wood flooring, recycled metal studs, low energy lighting, low VOC paints and stains, reduction of water consumption by more than 50% and recycling/diversion of construction waste materials from landfills. *LEED certification in process.
John Laing Homes Sales Retreat
Demolition and remodel of showrooms at the prestigious Roosevelt Hotel. With respect to the hotel and guests, project was completed with the utmost construction manners in terms of cleanliness, noise, mannerism and turn-around time.
Farmers Insurance Mock House
1,300 sf mock house built inside the 120,000 sf national training center. Built with an eclectic mix of different flooring, siding, and roofing materials from all over the country. The footings were a critical part of the project since the house can be accessed from both top and bottom floors and was set at a 45 degree angle.
Reliance Steel Office Remodel
Structural steel framing, installation of custom steel panels around perimeter, and site concrete work including footings, slabs, sidewalks, curbs, steps and a custom water fountain.
Schaffel Development 22-Unit Condos
Fabricated and installed custom granite and travertine countertops, bar tops, and backsplashes througout the new high-end building. Worked in conjunction and coordinated schedules with other trades.
C.G. Jung Institute Tenant Improvement
Structural remodel to update building and new hardscape of entrance. Worked closely with the board of directors in choosing finish materials and making changes throughout the project.
Motion Picture Editor's Guild Store Front Remodel
Remodeled Sunset Boulevard storefront to give entrance a new, fresh updated look and feel. Built a traffic barricade and performed concrete, framing and landscape work.
Triplex to Duplex Conversion in Venice Beach
Converted into two 2,350 sf units using green materials including solar heated radiant floors, energy efficient windows, cross ventilation and ceiling fans in place of AC, corrugated steel siding, sustainable wood and low volatile organic compound paints. Building featured on KTLA morning news.
GDMX Warner Brothers Commercial Retrofitting
Retrofitting of structural exposed beams within a 10-day timeline. Project involved framing and steel work and was performed at night so that the 200+ employees that access it daily would not be interrupted.
