When working with TNT, you can count on collaborative teamwork with clients, architects and designers individually or collectively to the benefit of the project. As GCs, Thomas Noroian and Teresa Noroian oversee each aspect of the building process through regular job site visits, daily communication with clients, designers, and on-site Superintendents, and effective project management which ensures that your job will stay on budget and be completed per schedule.

Thomas Noroian
General Contractor, General Engineering Contractor & Principal
Tommy Noroian is a Los Angeles native who at the age of 13 started working summers in charge of the wheelbarrow at his father's construction company. Over the years, he was mentored by craftsmen learning each trade while building custom homes and working on complex renovations. After working a decade in the entertainment industry, Tommy decidedly returned to his roots and passion and began building again. His 30 years of hands-on experience combined with his innovative approach to value engineer projects has made him a sought after industry expert by developers, architects, designers, and clients.
Teresa Noroian, MBA
General Contractor & Principal
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Teresa Noroian is an award winning scholar and business professional. After graduating Outstanding Student of the Year from SDSU and Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M, she began her career in finance working with start-ups to Inc. 500 companies. Recognized as a "Top 40 Under 40" by the Pacific Coast Business Times, Teresa joined the family business in 2004, bringing her experience in strategic planning, business administration, and project management to implement industry best practices that enable TNT to perform both small and large projects efficiently with exceptional service.
Erik Smith
Project Manager
Born and raised in Ventura County, Erik Smith began his construction career with his father's company specializing in the concrete and masonry trades. After playing basketball throughout college, he returned to the family company and advanced to managing projects. After working for two other construction companies, Erik was recommended to TNT by a vendor Representative and it was a perfect fit. His ambition to advance his career in a team environment enhances the overall TNT customer experience. Erik's hobbies include playing the acoustic guitar and surfing.
Juan Valdez
Lead Superintendent
Juan Valdez is from Mexico City and relocated to Los Angeles after graduating from
college. He worked a variety of jobs in the hospitality and medical industry before
finding his true passion in construction. He joined the TNT team in 2004 and has
Supervised over 100 projects. Juan's leadership and interpersonal communication
skills have made him one of TNT's most valued assets.
Wyatt Sweitzer
Superintendent
From the Midwest, Wyatt Sweitzer was raised on a 1,500 acre family farm working
and maintaining livestock, land and large equipment. His 19 years of experience in
land use and plant growth has contributed to his expertise in site work and landscape.
After graduating with highest honors with a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental
Horticulture from University of Illinois, Wyatt relocated to Los Angeles where he
joined TNT and manages projects ranging from simple remodels to complex estate
renovations.
Ivan Andrade
Superintendent
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Ivan Andrade has over 15 years' experience working in construction throughout Los Angeles and Ventura Counties. Projects include the US Bank tower, the 125th Anniversary Fountain at USC, the Wrigley-Boone Center on Catalina Island, USC Student Housing, and the Pedestrian Bridge at Northrop Grumman. His experience on both small and large projects in residential and commercial has proved to be a great asset to TNT. Ivan is a Dodger fan.
Ruben Hernandez
Foreman
Ruben Hernandez relocated to Los Angeles in 1998 and started his career in
Carpentry. After starting with TNT, Ruben's expertise in layouts and managing
framing crews became evident and he was promoted to Foreman. Since then, he has
successfully ran framing crews for new construction and door and window
installations on many projects including residential, multi-family and commercial.

TNT's framing crew size varies depending on project size, but at the core is a family
team that has been with TNT since 1999 and has framed over 1,000,000 square feet
of new construction. The CFO of Farmers Insurance was so impressed with the
workmanship of the two-story training center inside the Agora Hills headquarters
building, that he requested TNT for the building of his new home.
Alex Carranza
Deliveries
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Alex Carranza works full time for TNT
while working towards his B.A. in Sociology. His experience in construction and
equipment management allows him to be efficient in delivering materials to job
sites, overseeing assets at the TNT's workshop, and ensuring that TNT's fleet of work
trucks are properly maintained and stocked. Alex's hobbies include horse-back and
dirt-bike riding.
